About Us

At Painter Kids, our goal is to encourage children to express themselves and their perception of the society and their environment in their own, creative way. If children put the right power and creativity towards the arts, this will create a great, healthy foundation for their upbringing. Our goal is not to make an artist, but rather to further develop our children’s way of thought in a positive manner.

Here are some dos and don’ts for the beginning of this program:

  1. In the beginning of a child’s work, we do not impose a specific method or technique on them.
  2. We do not work with them directly and do not correct their work.
  3. The work which is completed is the work of the child and not the coach.

What are the benefits of this method?

  1. The child will explore his/her own taste and mental capabilities.
  2. The child will develop an independent personality and express his/her feelings without the presence or need of a coach.
  3. This method will strengthen the child’s creative ability; hence, paint as you think and see as you believe. For example: we will tell the child to paint a subway station. The child may have ridden the subway many times, but each child may remember details differently. As soon as the subject is identified, the child will become more precise and sensitive to the subject and will have a more positive effect during their next encounter.
  4. This method will achieve the principles and foundations of fostering creativity in children with disposable objects and toys.
  5. Children can become more familiar with the history of important events and the culture of other countries.
  6. A child’s vision can be more clearly expressed, especially when dealing with societal problems. Most families show their personal reactions to events such as war, etc. in a negative manner, but as we ask the child to look at those events from their own point of view, they can better express themselves and understand the society they are living in. This type of training is the basis for teaching all lessons and creates self-confidence in children while also eliminating their fear and anxiety of inevitable events. This will give the child mental and practical independence.
